NAMASTE

So to those of you who don't know, this is the second day off after my resignation with my previous employer, with whom I've been working with for 8 years.  I've been spending time perusing thru newspaper ads, websites and making connections with friends, colleages and family members.  I'm not necessarily shooting for a specific type of engineering job and I know, for those of you who practice the law of attraction know that this can be somewhat detrimental.  I know that specificity (not to be confused with the development of muscle memory either!) is key yet I'm putting all of my intention on finding a rewarding job yet I am simply asking my inner voice to guide me.  With so much talk in the media about the recession, however, it can be somewhat challenging in not buying into the whole mentality of it.  A couple of other caveats to this personal journey, however, are that the monthly bills will eventually begin to trickle in, a mortgage payment to take care of, and a girlfriend (who has been incredibly supportive so far!) who may eventually get tired of having a non-working boyfriend.  And so....the challenge begins!!!  As always, encouragement, criticisms, or feedback is always welcome!
